Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

1.1 Because most of our Products are personalised and made to order, please allow [2–5] working days for production before your order is dispatched. Larger or bulk/Trade orders may take longer — estimated timelines will be confirmed at the time of order or quotation.

1.2 Order processing begins once any required artwork or personalisation proof has been approved.

2. Delivery Times

2.1 Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK Standard: [2–4] working days
  • UK Express: [1–2] working days
  • International: [5–10] working days (varies by destination)

2.2 These are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delivery is carried out by third-party couriers.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight/size and delivery destination.

4. Order Tracking

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

6.2 If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Terms of Service.

7.1 Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
