UK delivery is normally completed within 8–10 business days from order confirmation or approval of any required proof. Timings may vary due to product and material availability, supplier lead times, order complexity and planned closures. We will contact you if a material delay is expected. Personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind, but your rights remain unaffected if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
